Renova Energy plc ("the Company" or "Renova")
Funding update
Renova Energy plc (RVA:AIM), the ethanol production, distribution and marketing
company, today provides an update on its funding position.
As previously reported on 3 April 2008, the Company has presented a proposal to
its lenders to restructure its existing bank debt and discussions regarding this
proposal are ongoing. In the meantime, the Company and its lenders have now
entered into an extension to the Standstill Agreement until 19 May 2008.
