KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia--Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd. (3689.KU), a Malaysian soft drinks and dairies manufacturer, said Friday it has signed new licenses and expanded existing agreements to manufacture and distribute Nestle S.A. (NESN.VX) products in six Southeast Asian countries.

The agreements, valid through January 2037, cover several milk brands owned by Nestle in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei, Fraser & Neave said in a statement. The company said it will also invest 300 million Thai baht ($9.2 million) this year to upgrade its plant in Thailand.

Fraser & Neave chief executive Lim Yew Hoe said the new licenses and renewal agreements would be a "tremendous boost to deepening and widening the Group's footprint in the region."
