NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Foster Wheeler Ltd. Monday said it has
purchased privately-held Biokinetics Inc. from MPA Holdings for an undisclosed
amount.
Foster said the deal has "significantly strengthened" its position in the
pharmaceutical market.
Shares of Foster, a Hamilton, Bermuda-based engineering and construct
company, closed Friday at $76.24.
