The Directors of the Company have today declared a first interim dividend in respect of
the year ending on 31 December 2008 of 2.0p
(2007 2.0p) which will be payable on 28 August 2008 to Ordinary shareholders on the register
on 25 July 2008, provisional ex dividend date
23 July 2008.
