FD (AIM:FDP.L, ESM:FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services, announces that it has appointed Investec Bank plc as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The Company also notifies that it will be reporting its final results for the year ended 28 February 2015 on 2 June 2015.
