TAURUS STORAGE PLC ("Taurus" or the "Company")
Commencement of trading on AIM
The Directors of Taurus Storage plc are pleased to announce the Company's
admission on to the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market. Taurus is a newly
incorporated company established to identify and acquire one or more related
businesses based in the UK or in Europe in the storage sector, and more
specifically in the provision of self storage, locks and safety deposit boxes.
The Directors will be considering businesses that are trading and offer the
prospect of substantial and sustained growth. There are a number of such
prospects available to the Company and the Company should benefit from the
Directors' established relationships in the UK to provide potential acquisition
opportunities in the future.
