The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC is pleased to announce the 
appointment of Vivian Bazalgette as a non-executive director of the Company 
with effect from 1 December 2015. 
 
Vivian Bazalgette is a non-executive of Brunner Investment Trust PLC, Henderson 
High Income Trust PLC and Perpetual Income and Growth Investment Trust PLC. 
Vivian also acts as an advisor to the BAE Systems Pensions Fund. 
 
Vivian was previously Chief Investment Officer at M&G PLC and a non-executive 
director of St James's Place PLC as well as the Chairman of the Investment 
Committee of St James's Wealth Management. 
 
It is confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed under 
Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to (6).
