Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE:FGP), one of the nation's largest distributors of propane, today announced the recent purchase of more than 23,000 FGP common units by three officers and one director.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Ferrell purchased 20,000 common units, President and Chief Operating Officer Steve Wambold purchased 1,000 common units, Senior Vice President, Ferrellgas and President Ferrell North America George Koloroutis purchased 200 units, and Director Mike Morrissey purchased 2,000 units.
The purchases were announced via individual Form 4 filings that were made yesterday and today with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filings can be viewed online at http://www.ferrellgas.com/.
