LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Feedback PLC said it has appointed Michael Burt
as its new non-executive chairman replacing David Harding, who retired from the
company in November.
Burt was previously head of UK corporate finance of Scandinavian Bank Ltd
and was appointed to the boards of various client companies, the company said.
Burt holds 6.99 mln shares in Feedback, representing 8.48 pct of the
company's issued ordinary share capital.
