NEW YORK—Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta leader Dennis Lockhart plans to repeat a speech Monday from Friday arguing an increase in short-term rates remains likely this year.

Mr. Lockhart, a voting member of the interest-rate setting Federal Open Market Committee, is scheduled to speak in Orlando on Monday. He spoke at a conference of business journalists on Friday.

Mr. Lockhart is due to take audience and media questions at his Monday remarks.
