On August 14, 2007, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York against Pall Corp. (NYSE:PLL). Since that filing, the class period has been extended to include May 22, 2007 through August 8, 2007.
If you are a member of the expanded Class as described above, you may move the Court no later than Monday, October 15, 2007, to serve as a lead plaintiff for the Class.
