Exercise of Share Options
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 03 April 2008 - Bateman Litwin N.V. ("the Company")
announces that on 02 April 2008, Shuki Raz, Chief Executive Officer, and Eyal
Cohen, Chief Financial Officer, exercised options over 975,502 ordinary shares
of Euro0.10 each in the Company. These shares were previously held by SGS Trustee
Ltd., the Company's trustee. The details are as follows:
