Networkers International plc (the 'Company')
Exercise of Options
The Company has today issued 166,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Company's EMI Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 8 May 2009.
Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital of the
Company is 93,345,996 Ordinary Shares.
