Exercise of Options and Director Shareholding
The Company announces that Julian Baines, Chief Executive, has exercised options
over 24,200 shares in the Company at an exercise price of zero which were
granted to him in June 2007. This exercise has been fulfilled by an allocation
of shares by the BBI Employee Benefit Trust. Accordingly no application for
admission to AIM has been made.
The Company further announces that following this exercise of options, Julian
Baines has today sold the 24,200 shares at a price of 182p. Following this
transaction he now holds 1,503,318 shares in the company representing 3.50% of
the current issued share capital.
