BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. and BERLIN, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Jamba Chief Executive Officer, Lucy Hood, today announced the complete executive leadership team of Jamba as the integration of NewsCorp's Jamster mobile entertainment division, headquartered in Beverly Hills, Calif., and Jamba, a leading global digital entertainment company division headquartered in Berlin, Germany, continues to move swiftly.

In the executive leadership team, leading global product marketing and technology initiatives will be Lee Fenton, who was appointed Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Jamba. Fenton, previously with Vodafone, is a pioneer in the mobile industry, and brings to Jamba global experience in shaping successful consumer experiences and business models. In addition to leading Jamba's consumer business worldwide, Fenton will focus on enhancing the company's consumer offering with oversight of the global brand, consumer marketing, content acquisition and product packaging.
Managing Director of Jamba GmbH, Markus Berger-de Leon, will take on the additional duties of Chief Sales Officer responsible for overseeing global sales, country operations and expansion into new territories and businesses. Berger-de Leon is known for his expertise in mobile content sales and premium digital content.
Rounding out the executive team is Mark Anderson, joining as CFO for Jamba. Anderson comes to Jamba with over 15 years experience in the digital business, most recently with Sony Pictures Entertainment serving as the CFO at Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment where he oversaw all aspects of finance and corporate development. In his new role, Anderson will oversee global finance and business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate information functions, and human resources for Jamba.
