SUSPENSION OF SHARES
In connection with a circular sent to all the Shareholders of the Company on 20
November 2007 and following an application by the Company to have the listing of
the Company's ordinary shares of 1 penny each suspended from the Official List
of the Financial Services Authority, the Company announces that such shares are
suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 13 December 2007.
