Fergus Rooney and Gabrielle Martinez recently added two new talents to
the Event Architects sales team. These two women have extensive, yet
different, backgrounds in event management and production. Emily Olson
makes an internal transition within Event Architects (leaving her post
on the Production side in order to become a Senior Account Executive in
the Sales Department), while Katharine Greis, who grew up in the event
industry, joins Event Architects as its newest Account Manager.
Emily Olson has made a strategic transition from Event Producer
to Senior Account Manager. Olson joined Event Architects in 2006
after working at Marketing Agencies in the Chicago area. Olson, a San
Francisco Bay Area native, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Owner Gabrielle Martinez believes, “Emily’s
innate knowledge of the industry and enthusiasm for detail is a powerful
combination which makes her not only an ideal employee with skills but a
truly unique individual with inspiring passion.”
Katharine Greis joins Event Architects’
sales team as an Account Manager. Previously, Greis worked at BBJ
Linen, a national linen rental vendor, as a Sales Representative.
Newlywed Greis (formerly Buckman) developed a keen understanding of the
industry at a young age. She is the daughter of the late James Buckman,
former partner and co-owner of BBJ Linen. Greis is a graduate of Indiana
University, Kelley School of Business.
