Allotment of shares and publication of report and accounts.
Allotment of shares
The Directors of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc are pleased to
announce the allotment on 4 April 2008 of 42,447 new ordinary shares of 10p each
(Ordinary shares) at 100.1 pence per share and 93,594 new "C" Ordinary shares (C
shares) at 93.8 pence per share in Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc
("the Company") pursuant to the offers for subscription set out in the document
published by the Company on 11 January 2008.
Application has been made for the admission of the 42,447 Ordinary shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
Application has also been made for the admission of the 93,594 C shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
The total number of Ordinary shares now in issue is 4,100,806 and the total
number of C shares now in issue is 8,776,764. These figures may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their
interest in, Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Annual report and accounts
A copy of the Companies Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December
2007 has today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is
