NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Equity One Inc. late Friday named Thomas
Caputo as president, effective March 17.
Caputo will report to Jeff Olson, who will remain Equity One's chief
executive. He previously served as executive vice president of Kimco Realty
Corp., heading its portfolio management and acquisition groups.
The North Miami Beach, Fla.-based shopping center real estate investment
trust's shares closed the regular session at $21.75, down 2%.
