BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Epicor Software Corp. Wednesday reported
preliminary fourth-quarter revenue of $115 million to $117 million, above its
previously-issued guidance.
The mean estimate of analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial is for revenue
of $110.9 million.
The Irvine, Calif.-based provider of enterprise business software products
said it also expects licensing revenue of $36 million to $37 million for the
quarter.
A year-ago, the company posted fourth-quarter licensing revenue of $32.2
million.
In addition, Epicor said it sees fourth-quarter adjusted earnings to be
"favorably" impacted by the its increased preliminary revenue expectations.
For 2008, Epicor affirmed its guidance for full-year software license
revenue growth of 8% to 10% over 2007 full-year software license revenue.
Shares closed Tuesday at $10.77.
