NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Epicor Software Corp. Tuesday named Thomas
Kelly president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Kelly is currently one of the company's directors. He succeeds George Klaus,
who will continue to serve as Epicor's executive chairman, the company said.
Shares of the Irvine, Calif.-based software company closed Friday at $12.34.
