NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Epicor Software Corp. said its chief
financial officer, Michael Piraino, has resigned effective immediately.
The company said Corporate Controller Russell Clark was promoted to senior
vice president, finance.
The Irvine, Calif. business management software company said it has
initiated a search for a permanent CFO.
The stock closed Monday at $7.96.
