The Company announces that it was notified today that Leigh Stimpson, CEO, bought 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP2.89 per Ordinary Share today. Following this transaction Mr. Stimpson has a beneficial interest (including Ordinary Shares held in his personal pension) in 175,654 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.35 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company's trading subsidiary, Diffusion, has supplied fan coils and commercial heating products to the UK heating and ventilation industry ("HVAC") for over 50 years. Commercial heating end users include Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Tesco, New Look, Boots, ASDA, John Lewis, Fat Face, Lloyds Bank and TK Maxx. All products are designed, developed and manufactured to customers' bespoke requirements from Diffusion's 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in West Molesey, Surrey.
