EMPLOYEE SHARE SALES AND DIRECTOR DEALINGS
Bateman Litwin N.V. announces that on 31 March 2008 it received notification
from SGS Trustee Ltd in its capacity as trustee of the Bateman Litwin N.V.
Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 26 March 2008 the Trustee sold
1,400,000 ordinary shares of 10 euro cents each in the Company at 217 pence per
share. This sale represents 12.9 per cent of the Trust's holding in the share
capital of the Company. Following this sale, the Trust holds 9,477,572 shares on
behalf of Company employees, representing 8.43 per cent of Bateman Litwin's
issued share capital.
The following executive directors took part in the sale:
Shuki Raz sold 150,404 ordinary shares, and following this sale he has an
interest in 1,449,596 ordinary shares representing 1.30 per cent of the issued
share capital.
Eyal Cohen sold 90,094 ordinary shares, and following this sale and the award of
121,772 shares under the long term incentive plan on 28 March 2008, he has an
interest in 751,678 ordinary shares. This represents 0.67 per cent of the issued
share capital.
Max Abitbol sold 166,359 ordinary shares, and following this sale he has an
interest in 793,641 ordinary shares representing 0.71 per cent of the issued
share capital.
Roy Franklin, Chairman of Bateman Litwin, said:
"This sale has enabled some of our directors and employees to realize a part of
their shareholding in the Company and it is the first material employee share
sale since the IPO in May 2006. Directors and employees continue to hold a
significant number of shares in the Company."
