Empire Resources, Inc. (AMEX:ERS), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on October 13, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2006. The Board of Directors intends to review its dividend policy on a quarterly basis and a determination by the Board of Directors will be made subject to profitability, free cash flow and other requirements of the business.
