SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Emerson said Thursday it has named
William Johnson, the chief executive of H.J. Heinz Co., to its board.
Johnson has served as Heinz's CEO since April 1998.
Shares of St. Louis-based Emerson, a diversified technology company, were up
a penny at $54.86.
