NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Emcor Group Inc. Tuesday said its government
services business has formed CFS-Millington, a joint venture with Capitol
Technology Services Inc., to perform a 10-year, $89 million contract for the
U.S. Navy.
Under the terms of the contract, the joint venture will perform facility
operations and maintenance services for the Navy's support activity mid-south
facility in Millington, Tenn.
Emcor shares closed at $23.62 on Monday.
