NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Electro-Optical Sciences Inc. Thursday filed
a $40 million mixed securities shelf registration with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, for a combination of common stock, warrants and units.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate
purposes.
No underwriters were listed in the filing.
Electro-Optical shares fell 3.2% to $7.54 in early trading.
