LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Elan Corp. Plc. and Biogen Idec said they have
initiated the first oncology clinical trial program for Tysabri.
The objectives of the Phase I and II study are to evaluate the safety and
potential anti-tumor activity of Tysabri in patients with relapsed or refractory
multiple myeloma, Elan said.
