NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Shares of Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. sank
Friday after the company reported a fourth-quarter loss of $18.2 million, or 59
cents a share, compared with earnings of $65.1 million, or $2.11 a share,
reported a year earlier.
The stock fell 15.1% to $4.51 in midday trading.
Total revenue for the quarter rose to $392.4 million from $381.9 million a
year earlier. Same-store sales rose 4.8% for the quarter.
