MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Ebro Puleva SA said it has no knowledge of any
corporate moves in its 63 pct controlled Puleva Biotech SA unit that would
justify today's heavy share price gains.
In a statement, Ebro Puleva said: "We have no knowledge of any corporate
moves or significant event that would justify this stock market situation."
At 2.15 pm, Puleva Biotech was up 0.28 eur or 13.21 pct at 2.40, off a high
of 2.48, on heavy volume of about 808,000 shares.
