held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged
Dividend Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EVT), a closed-end
investment company managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary
of Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV), voted to hold the Annual Meeting
of Shareholders of the Fund on Thursday,
June 16, 2016 at 11:30 a.m.
(EDT). The meeting will be held at the principal office of
the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials
will be mailed on or about April 28,
2016 to shareholders of record on April 4, 2016. Shareholders will be asked to vote
on the election of Class I Trustees of the Fund. The results
of the meeting will be reported in a subsequent report to
shareholders.
