PLEASANTON, Calif. (AP) -- Contact lens maker Cooper Cos. said Thursday its
fiscal third-quarter profit fell 61 percent on hefty acquisition and
restructuring expenses.
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Forklift attachment maker Cascade Corp. said Thursday
its net income rose by 27 percent in the second quarter on higher global demand
for lift trucks.
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Plato Learning Inc. said Thursday its loss narrowed in
the third quarter as the education software maker transitioned to an online
subscription business model.
MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) -- Campbell Soup Co.'s profit rose 39 percent for
the fourth quarter versus results a year ago that were depressed by costs
related to sales of some operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
