Eagle delivers 100th automated test equipment system to ON Semiconductor
BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eagle Test Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:EGLT), announced that it shipped more than 100 test systems to ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ:ONNN) as of the end of 2006.
