Eagle Eye Solutions Appoints Helen Slaven as Chief Sales Officer

LONDON--Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC (EYE.LN) Thursday said it
has appointed Helen Slaven as the chief sales officer, adding that
her appointment will help connect retailers and brands to the
company's AIR platform.
The technology company which validates and redeems real-time
digital promotions said Ms. Slaven is an experienced operator in
both retail and technology sectors, adding that she was formerly
the chief executive officer of BT's (BT) retail technology arm, BT
Expedite.
Shares at 0835 GMT down 3.50 pence, or 1.8%, at 187.50 pence
valuing the company at 42 million pounds ($60.9 million).
