LONDON (MarketWatch) -- These stocks are making notable moves in European trading Thursday:

Danske Bank A/S shares popped 4.4% higher after the lender raised its 2014 profit projection.

Kingfisher PLC shares dropped 8%. In its trading report Thursday, the home-improvement retailer said trading in its markets in the second-quarter, notably in June, has been "slower than anticipated, particularly in France and Poland."

Nokia Oyj shares jumped 7% as the Finnish telecom-equipment maker's second-quarter results came in above estimates.

Norwegian Air ShuttleASA shares fell 0.6% after Norway's police security service said it received information about an "imminent" terror threat that could occur within the next few days. The intelligence agency, PST, said it got information that people with connections to an extremist Islamic group in Syria were planning a terror attack in Norway, but that it had no details about who, how, or where a possible attack would occur.

Reed Elsevier PLC rose 2.8% as the publishing and information services company backed its outlook for the year, even though first-half profit fell and revenue declined.
