Emblaze announces that following the suspension of the Company's shares on 3
March, 2014 in connection with the proposed acquisition of approximately 61.65%
of the issued share capital of Willi-Food Investments Ltd. (and approximately
62.21% of the voting rights) constituting a reverse takeover under the Listing
Rules and completion of the acquisition on 4 May 2014, the Company has today
published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with the requirement
for it to re-apply for listing of its entire issued share capital to the
standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
admission to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed
securities ("Admission").
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the
Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market will
re-commence at 08.00 am on 4 August 2014. The Company's TIDM code will continue
to be BLZ and, on Admission, there will be 140,578,154 ordinary shares in issue
(30,587,902 of which are held in treasury). Therefore, on Admission, the total
number of voting rights in Emblaze is 109,990,252.
The above figure (109,990,252) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Emblaze under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
