                        Legal claim against Apple Inc.

Legal claim against Apple Inc.

Further to recent press reports with regard to the trial currently taking place
in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (in
San Jose), USA, in Emblaze's suit for patent infringement against Apple Inc. in
relation to Apple's HTTP Live Streaming technology and Emblaze's U.S. Patent
Number 6,389,473, the Company confirms that an expert engaged by the Company
has estimated the value of the Company's claim against Apple to be in the
amount of approximately $511 million for the period through June 2013.

Apple is vigorously defending the claim and there can be no assurance as to the
outcome of the trial. As such, the sum that may be awarded to the Company, if
any, cannot be estimated at present. In addition, the Company anticipates that
a substantial percentage of any settlement or recovery achieved in respect of
said claim, if any, will be paid to its legal and other advisers (including
employees) on a contingency basis.

Based on the advice of the Company's U.S. legal counsel, it is anticipated that
a verdict in respect of said claim should be rendered by no later than the week
of July 18, 2014. Any judgment entered in the case will be subject to an
appeal, and the appeal process may take 12 to 18 months, or even longer.

The Company will continue to update the market in respect of any further
material developments in the case, as appropriate.
