"Nanette" or "the Company"
Result of EGM
Nanette, the Central & Eastern European residential developer, announces that
the special resolution to delist the company from the AIM market in London, was
passed at the Company's EGM on the 16th of September, which was held at its
registered address, at Rapenburgerstraat 204, 1011 MN, Amsterdam, the
Netherlands.
Accordingly, the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of Nanette's
ordinary shares is expected to take effect from 7.00 am on 25 September 2009.
