EGM Statement
The Company announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary
General Meeting held today were duly passed. Accordingly, Antony Batty of
Antony Batty & Company LLP has been appointed liquidator for the purposes of
winding Nettworx up by way of a members' voluntary liquidation. The last day of
trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 12 June 2009 and the
cancellation of trading on AIM will be effective from 07:00 A.M. on 15 June
2009.
