Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
Delisting of shares, termination of trading and voluntary winding up
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 26 September
2008 at 2 p.m. at Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3BG,
the special resolution approving the voluntary winding-up of the Company was
passed by an appropriate majority. Michael Fayle has been appointed as
liquidator of the Company and the liquidation is effective from the date of
passing of the resolution.
As a consequence of the Company's entry into voluntary winding-up, the shares of
the Company shall terminate trading on the London Stock Exchange and be
delisted from the Official List with effect from 29 September 2008.
