Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held this morning, the resolution
put to shareholders regarding the change of the Company's name to Fairpoint
Group plc was duly passed. The Company will update the market shortly as to when
the change of name will become effective.
