EGM Requisition
ACP Capital (AIM:APL) announces that on 13 July 2009 it received a requisition
from Rakison Services Limited (the "Derek Vago Nominee Company"), a company in
which it is believed Derek Vago holds 100% of the economic interest, to convene
an extraordinary general meeting of ACP Capital (the "EGM").
The Derek Vago Nominee Company, as a shareholder interested in more than ten per
cent. of ACP Capital's ordinary shares, has requested that resolutions be put to
shareholders at the EGM to remove all the existing directors of the Company and
to replace them with Brandur Thor Ludwig, Philippe Vienot and Eric Youngblood.
The Board will write to the Company's shareholders in due course.
