The Board of Baggeridge Brick plc (the "Company") announces that they have
received a notice, pursuant to section 368 of the Companies Act 1985, from
Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ("Michelmersh") requiring the Company to convene
an Extraordinary General Meeting to consider resolutions concerning the
appointment of Craig Robinson, Finance Director of Michelmersh, as director of
the Company. The Board is currently considering this notice, and the resolutions
therein, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
