LONDON (Thomson Financial) - EBT Mobile China PLC said it is currently in
talks and has received a "preliminary" approach which may or may not lead to an
offer for the company.
The company said besides evaluating the approach it is also examining other
strategic alternatives.
Discussions are at a very early stage, and there is no certainty that this
will lead to an offer, the company added.
