Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) has closed on the sale of its Lee Energy Facility to an affiliate of Rockland Capital. As previously disclosed, the $180 million in proceeds from the sale will go toward debt reduction. The transaction has received the required approvals from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
