WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - DuPont & Co. said Tuesday it signed two deals with
Utek Corp. to help expand its technological presence.
Under the first agreement, Utek, a technology transfer company, will make
DuPont's technologies available to its customers for five years. Utek customers
will have a 30-day right-to-first negotiate to review and evaluate any DuPont
technologies deemed relevant to their search criteria by Utek and DuPont.
Under terms of the second deal, Utek will search for technologies to
potentially transfer to DuPont's bio-based technology unit.
