Funds to support product development and organizational expansion initiatives

DrFirst, a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions, today announced it has secured a $12 million credit facility with SunTrust Bank. This financing represents a refinancing and a credit expansion in a new strategic relationship with SunTrust Bank.

“SunTrust Bank is extremely excited to partner with healthcare IT leader DrFirst. We believe that the Company’s leadership team will continue to deliver successful results for the company and its investors,” said Adam Winder, Senior Vice President of SunTrust Bank. “We have seen the company grow revenues and client base rapidly over the past several years, and management’s vision for future product development will further strengthen the company’s position as a healthcare technology innovator domestically and abroad.”
