LONDON--Domino's Pizza Group PLC (DOM.LN) has appointed Rachel Osborne as an executive director and chief financial officer of the company.

The pizza company said Monday that Ms Osborne will join the company and board and assume the role of CFO from mid-October.

Ms Osborne is currently the Finance Director - Group Commercial and Enterprise for Vodafone Group PLC.

Domino's shares at 0900 GMT up 9 pence or 2.6%, at 353 pence, valuing the company at GBP1.76 billion.
