Document Security Systems, Inc. Announces Licensing Agreement with Secured Ticket Manufacturer Mercury Graphics

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Document Security Systems, Inc. announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement for one of its new anti-counterfeiting technologies with Mercury Graphics, one of North America's largest secured ticket printers.

Mercury Graphics is owned by MDC Partners, Inc., a publicly traded international business service organization (NASDAQ:MDCANASDAQ:TorontoNASDAQ:Stock Exchange:NASDAQ:MDZ.A) that offers security sensitive transaction products that include: airline, transit and event tickets, stamps and electronic transaction products such as credit, debit, telephone and smart cards. Some of Mercury Graphics' customers include: the Anaheim Angels, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Ticketmaster Canada, Toronto Transit Commission, British Airways, Air Canada and Northwest Airlines.
